Our shared values form the blueprint for Mission Spark, guiding our work and results with clients. These values include:
- incorporating leading management and organizational development research and practice from all sectors to enhance the social initiatives and missions of our clients and partners;
- enhancing the value, impact and presence of social sector organizations’ work through the development and application of tools, resources, partnerships, and consulting services;
- being flexible and engaging our clients at the developmental level of their organizations;
- being accountable to agreed upon timelines and results;
- taking a collaborative approach to our work and demonstrating commitment to our clients from the onset of ideas through their implementation.
Our Consultants
